Maker Collaboration Programme

What began as a personal display system for collectors at home got us wondering: how else could it be used? We’d love to see how our display systems might help makers, creators, businesses, and fellow enthusiasts showcase their best work in real-world spaces.

 

Through this programme, we’re placing a small number of units with makers, creators, businesses, and fellow enthusiasts to explore new use cases, gather feedback, and discover new ways great work can be seen in a better light. Who knows where it might lead? We’re hoping to learn something new, get inspired, and make a few friends along the way.

Please Read the Terms Below Before Submitting Your Application

  • This programme is currently open to Singapore-based creators, makers, and businesses only.
What You’ll Receive
  • One (1) display system may be loaned per vendor, creator, or business for a period of up to 30 days.
  • Loan unit are provided at no cost and without a deposit, and we’d like to keep it that way. We seek collaborators who will help us uphold this spirit of trust and goodwill by treating the units with care. Participation is subject to availability and suitability.
  • A flat shipping fee of $10 applies for delivery of the loan unit. Complimentary self-collection is available and recommended, allowing us to personally introduce the Display System and discuss how we can best showcase your product, brand, or business through the collaboration. Return shipping is the responsibility of the collaborator.

 

 

Usage & Care
  • Please use the display system only for its intended purpose, indoors and in a well-ventilated environment.
  • The display system remains the property of Mohitotsu Concept throughout the collaboration.
  • Loan unit may not be re-rented, loaned, transferred, or shared with third parties.
  • The loan unit remains under your care throughout the loan period. While reasonable wear from normal use is expected, charges may apply for loss, damage, missing components, or misuse.

 

 

Loan Period
  • The loan period is set at 30 days. To help keep the programme available for other collaborators, loan units should be shipped back and postmarked within three (3) business days of the loan period ending. If you anticipate any delays, please let us know in advance. Late returns or missing tracking information may incur a fee of $8 per day until the unit is received or tracking details are provided. Shipping terms apply.
  • Extensions are not available, as collaboration units are limited.
  • We reserve the right to request the return of the display system earlier if there is misuse, a breach of these terms, or any significant discrepancy with the collaboration.

 

 

What We Hope to Gain

We’re hoping this collaboration will be mutually beneficial. We’d appreciate:

  • Honest feedback on your experience using the display system.
  • Photo(s) of the display system in use within your space.
  • Permission to feature submitted photos in our marketing and social channels.
  • The opportunity to visit and capture additional photos or videos, where practical and mutually agreed.

Your feedback and real-world use help us improve future products and collaborations.

Collaborators who wish to retain or purchase a display system after the trial period may be eligible for up to 40% off the recommended retail price, subject to product availability and programme terms.
