As all items are made to order, please allow 3–5 business days for printing and assembly prior to shipment. Delivery typically takes up to 5 business days.

Standard Shipping Rates (Singapore)

• Display Capsules: $10 flat rate + $2 per additional item.
• Accessories: $5 flat rate + $2 per additional item.
• Free local pickup is available. Pickup address will be provided upon request.
• Free local shipping for orders above $300.

Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility
   Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging.
2. How to Return
   Step 1: Email us with your order number and reason for return (a photo or two helps!).
   Step 2: Once approved, we’ll share the return address.
   Step 3: Send it back using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping is at your own cost.
3. Refunds
   After we receive and inspect the item, we’ll confirm if your return is approved. If so, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
4. Late or No Return
   If the item isn’t shipped back within 7 days of approval, the return will be void. Refunds or exchanges won’t be issued for late or damaged returns.

Maker Collaboration Programme

• To help both parties track the return journey, collaborators are required to use a tracked shipping service and retain proof of postage. Once the return shipment has been handed over to the carrier, any transit-related delays, loss, or damage will be subject to the carrier’s tracking and claims process.
